FED Talks: Youngstown, Ohio shares what they learned from merging three synagogues into one unified congregation

On Sunday, February 12, over 75 members of the Michiana Jewish community attended our second FED Talk at the Jewish Federation, both in-person and on Zoom. Leadership from Youngstown, Ohio’s Congregation Ohev Beth Shalom Zoomed in to tell us about their experience in consolidating three synagogues into one unified congregation.
